Why Peregrine Interpreters
Training and Experience
At Peregrine, we lead by example. That’s why we partner with ALTA Language Services, the best in interpreter training, to enhance our team’s skills, particularly in medical interpreting. This partnership ensures our interpreters receive expert-led training and access to top resources, keeping them sharp and prepared.
Experience is as important as education in interpretation. While formal training provides essential knowledge, hands-on experience develops the practical skills needed to excel. Our interpreters combine both to deliver accurate, nuanced, and culturally aware services.
We require at least two years of experience for all new interpreters. Many of our team members come from the call center industry, where they quickly gain the experience needed to become experts.
ALTA Language Services,Inc.

F1 Workstation
Our F1 workstation is designed for maximum efficiency and unwavering reliability. It features a triple-display setup with an electric standing desk and a Dell business-class desktop, complemented by high-quality peripherals like a wired noise-canceling headset and a Dell 4K webcam for optimal performance.
To ensure uninterrupted service, the workstation is backed by an uninterruptible power supply (UPS), with an additional UPS dedicated to the home internet modem, minimizing any risk of dropped calls. For added assurance, our interpreters also have a full-house power inverter as a second layer of redundancy.
Support
We pride ourselves on our flexibility to meet your needs, no matter the situation. Whether it’s providing scheduled support for planned appointments or responding swiftly to high-demand periods, we’re here to help. Our team can quickly adapt by having all our interpreters log on and assist during peak times, ensuring that you have the coverage you need when it matters most. This agility allows us to offer seamless support, so you can trust us to be there whenever you need us.
